Partnership
Demonstrate, enable, co-build
How money and delivery work
Operate demonstration sites to prove the stack, enable farms and cooperatives at scale, and co-build public platforms and standards. Product revenue still sits on hardware, SaaS, and risk data; these three motions describe how BlueOcean enters the Thai market.
Company-run demonstration
BlueOcean leases and operates standard ponds and nearshore cages as high-spec AI demonstration farms.
Own the site, install the full stack, and show a visitable, copyable operating system so buyers are not asked to trust slides alone.
- Lease ponds, inland water, or cages and install IoT, edge compute, underwater vision, and climate warning.
- Run digital husbandry in-house: water control, AI feeding, disease warning, marine-climate risk, and equipment loops.
- Hold the site to GAP/ASC evidence standards for visits, tech transfer, and export-grade output.
Why it exists. A site people can walk reduces the Thai market problem of “cannot see the result, will not spend.”
Intent. A visible Thai reference farm and a documented AI husbandry playbook.
Farm and cooperative enablement
No takeover of ponds or farmer title. Independent farms, family sites, and cooperatives buy hardware, software, and hosted operations.
Low-cost kits, model access, remote ops, GAP files, and federated model updates while raw data stays on farm.
- Deploy water sensors, edge terminals, cameras, and intelligent electrical control.
- Open forecasts, storm/salinity/algal warnings, disease recognition, and feeding policy.
- Offer hosted operations, remote watch, advice, digital logs, and export trace files.
- Connect to the federated platform with on-farm data retention.
Fees. Deployment fees, annual operations, and add-on technical services.
Intent. Lower the digital bar for smallholders across Thai production zones.
Public–private co-build
Work with the Department of Fisheries, NSTDA, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, local government, and public labs on national or provincial programs.
Land official pilots, federated and zero-trust bases, training, and GAP/export policy systems as the technical implementer.
- Join official smart-aquaculture pilots, demonstration zones, and marine-climate monitoring works.
- Stand up designated federated platforms, zero-trust designs, and national digital foundations.
- Deliver equipment, systems, model training, draft standards, and workforce training.
- Support digital GAP, export traceability, rural digital farming, and coastal hazard programs where contracted.
Why it exists. A path to help write sector standards and operate national platforms, not a claim of exclusive official status today.
Intent. A long-term technical partner on Thailand’s aquaculture digital agenda.
Program × model
