Compute
We plan a federated compute fabric for Thai aquaculture: a national A100 training center, provincial and cooperative Jetson Orin hubs, and pond-side terminals. Raw farm data stays on site; only model parameters move between nodes. Rooms are specified for tropical heat, humidity, and coastal salt spray, with offline inference when Gulf cage links drop.
A100 cluster. Trains underwater disease vision, THEOS-2 marine-climate models, FedAvg aggregation, and GAP/ASC checkers. Encrypted gradients from the field become a national aquaculture model that is sent back to regional hubs. No farm’s raw records are readable at the center.
Jetson Orin + local servers. Regional rooms in core districts such as Samut Sakhon, Chachoengsao, and Surat Thani fine-tune local models, run low-latency water-quality inference, and aggregate cooperative parameters. If the wide-area link drops, the hub keeps serving farms until it can sync again.
On-farm edge. A small node at each site runs single-farm water-quality prediction, underwater image checks, and aeration or feeding control. Sensor and camera files stay on the farm equipment and are not uploaded.
Partnership
Three standardized motions cover Thai shrimp, crab, barramundi, and tilapia: company-run demonstration, farm and cooperative enablement, and public–private co-build. Together they move BlueOcean from selling a single device to operating a localized AI aquaculture stack for retailers, cooperatives, large farms, and government programs.
